5 health tips after lunch

After Lunch , If you are free at home then you should sleep for a while . Day sleeping make you freshness. If you are a working person then you should take a rest and relax for couple of minutes.



  Physical activity. If you are free at home then you should play sports like football, badminton, volleyball etc. in evening time . If you are not Free or if are a working person then after your job or after your office and returning your home then you take a deep breath for a while and you should try pranayama in evening time.



  Food. In evening time you should eats fruits, milk then one hour latter you should take a cup of Tea for you relaxing. It will helps your mind .



   Dinner . The best time of dinner is between 9 pm to 10 pm. For your dinner routine you should take light meal but if are a working person or you are an atheletic or sportsperson then you should take heavy meal. But both of meal you should provide more fresh food like vegetables, salads , fresh fish etc.


    sleeping time, for a healthy body the best sleeping time is between 10 pm to 11 pm. But now days we don't have much time to spent with electronics like mobile, Laptop, Television. So, now days  after dinner we take a little time to spent with these electronics, that's why we always late sleeping after dinner. So that we can't  getup early in the morning.
