Getup early : Firstly you should get up early in the morning. The best time to getup in the morning is 4:30 to  6:30. First time It is difficult to getup early in the morning but when you will do it then it will be a daily habits for you     


   Exrecise:   You should do regularly a little exercise in the morning. You should try Yoga like Pranayama, Padmashan. This Yoga is look simple but very very use full for Your health.

   Breakfast : You should drink a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. You should eat two bananas, one omlet or boiled egg, two or three brade with jam or Butter, a glass of juice.

   Water : You must be carry a bottle of boiled water. If you don't drink water then you should make it habit to drink more water. If you are don't thirsty then you should drink little water but must be drink . An average human should drink 6 to 8 liter water  daily

  Lunch : In lunch routine you should provide 100 gm of rice and two Roti with vegetables curry .you should eat chicken or other meat 2 day in a week for your body size.
